Riding on fast-paced infrastructure development over the past few years, Kabul Chawla talked about Faridabad saying, it is well on its way to becoming a realty hotspot in the Delhi-NCR region. The NCR Regional Plan 2021 has projected the population of Faridabad to grow to over 2 million in less than 10 years, thereby creating more opportunities and brightening prospects for this burgeoning city.

Faridabad is donning a new look being an industrial hub of the state of Haryana and due to its proximity to the national capital, Delhi. The presence of multinationals such as Whirlpool, Goodyear, L&T, ABB and Indian industry giants such as Escorts, Eicher, Cutler-Hammer and Hyderabad Asbestos have turned Faridabad into a commercial hub and a catchment area for residential development

Kabul Chawla added saying, Faridabad is an important part of Delhi NCR which comprises Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad and Greater Noida. The real estate sector in and around Delhi has witnessed a surge in the last five years owing to the IT wave in the country. Faridabad, too, is experiencing considerable growth in the real estate segment and developing exponentially. It has become one of the most sought after realty destinations in the NCR.

The property market in Faridabad is witnessing a rising trend of rapid growth and success. In fact, the recent times of booming property market, has transformed Faridabad into a lucrative place to buy, sell and rent industrial and commercial property in Delhi/NCR to land and plots in Faridabad. It is equidistant from Gurgaon, NOIDA and South Delhi, virtually positioning it at the centre of the NCR.

With the growing demand of property from builders and developers, there has been a major boom in the real estate market in Faridabad. With other real estate markets in the NCR reaching saturation point, this city offers unique investment opportunities and this is an excellent time to invest in Faridabad. One of the biggest factors responsible for Faridabad’s phenomenal growth trajectory is its connectivity with the entire NCR. For instance, the city is only 10km from Ashram Crossing at Mathura Road.

The opening up of the 4.4 km-long elevated six-lane road, also called the Badarpur flyover, has not only reduced travel time but has also eased traffic density considerably. The Neharpar bypass road from Sector 37, which leads directly to Ballabhgarh-Palwal, connects Faridabad without any fuss. The Gurgaon- Faridabad Expressway provides great connectivity between the two satellite towns with reduced travel time. These factors have made the land in the region more valuable and prompted speedy development and continuous growth of real estate infrastructure in Faridabad at an unexpected rate.

BPTP owner Kabul Chawla said, BPTP Limited was one of first few companies that had the farsightedness to gauge that Faridabad would prove to be the future area of urban development. BPTP has been instrumental in making Naharpar in Faridabad a viable realty destination. BPTP’s foresight has certainly paid off with Faridabad poised to grow into a city of the future. In fact, it was BPTP’s flagship project Parklands that brought Faridabad to the forefront of NCR real estate map, and gave it the status of a premier city. An integrated township, Parklands pioneered features such as power back-up and contemporary perimeter security in Faridabad.

This township offers excellent investment opportunities pertaining to many reasons for this, the most important being the fact the construction in this region is newer and adheres to more modern aesthetics. Being in close proximity to developed sectors like 14 and 15 gives this region a far superior rate of appreciation in comparison to other areas in the city. Well-connected and rapidly developing, Parklands offers bright prospects to both end users and investors.

Park Grandeura, a part of Parklands, already has 400 families living and enjoying a home of their own.Park Floors has more than 40 families already residing here. The Deck, one of the most exclusive addresses at Parklands, is a single tower project that offers about 30 exclusive duplex apartments designed aestheticall

As the name suggests, BPTP’s project The Resort promises a vacation-like lifestyle. Located at Parklands in Sector 75, it offers apartments spread over a 10.82 acre expanse. The apartments at The Resort feature half-modular kitchens, air conditioned bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and laminated wooden flooring.

Park Sentosa, a recently launched project is a smart capital in the heart of Faridabad that offers a perfect balance of exclusivity & serenity. This group housing development feature – Sky lounge, Sky Gym & Sky Garden, making it Faridabad’s very own Singapore.Other major developers that have residential projects in the city include Omaxe, Parsvnath Developers and Mahindra Lifespaces.

In just 10 years, we have successfully launched Faridabad as an incredibly promising real estate market, with our flagship project Parklands, a fully integrated township. In Gurgaon we have created perfect examples of integrated luxury townships — Amstoria and Astaire Gardens. Capital City NOIDA, our marquee mixed use project is set to create a bench mark in the Indian realty market.
